Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification once your order has been dispatched with tracking details where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner's website.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@waabasta.com.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Domestic orders: No additional customs or duties apply.

International orders: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Waabasta has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Packaging

Every Waabasta order is carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. We take pride in our packaging — because your unboxing experience matters to us just as much as the clothing itself.


Delays & Disruptions

While we do everything in our power to meet our delivery timelines, please be aware that delays may occasionally occur due to:

     ● High order volumes during seasonal launches
     ● Public holidays
     ● Customs processing for international orders
     ● Natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, we will communicate with you proactively and do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@waabasta.com with your order number and photos of the damage where applicable. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

This falls under our 100% Refund & Exchange Guarantee — if it is our fault or our courier's fault, it is entirely our responsibility.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. Waabasta is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at orders@waabasta.com — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
