Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 100% refund or exchange on all orders — no questions asked.

Whether your item arrived with a defect, the design did not meet your expectations, or the quality fell short of what you deserved, you are fully covered. We believe you should never feel stuck with something that did not work for you.

You may request a return or exchange if:

     ● The item received is defective or damaged
     ● The design does not match what was shown
     ● The quality does not meet your expectations
     ● You simply changed your mind

Return window: You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order.


Return Shipping

Defective or damaged items: Return shipping is fully covered by Waabasta. If the fault is ours, the cost is ours — no exceptions.

All other returns: Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. This allows us to keep our product prices fair and our quality premium for every customer, while still giving you complete peace of mind when you shop with us.


How to Return — Two Easy Ways:

Option 1 — Self-Serve (Fastest):

      1. Log into your Waabasta account at account.waabasta.com
      2. Go to your order
      3. Select "Request Return"
      4. Choose your reason and submit
      5. Our team will review and approve within 24-48 hours

Option 2 — Email Us:

Email returns@waabasta.com with your order number and reason — we will guide you through the process.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or design, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on current availability. If your preferred exchange is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

      ● Items returned after 14 days of delivery
      ● Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
      ● Items returned without original packaging
