Return & Refund Policy
- Send your query at Waabasta Whats app or Fill the Email form Here.
- Mention your reason for the return.
- Our representative will contact you and will send you the return shipment details.
- Pack your return parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging as delivered to you and secure the Return Label on top of the return package.
- Send through any courier service to our given address and customer is responsible for the charges of return shipping.
- If customer changes his mind after receiving the parcel in that condition he/she responsible for the delivery charges of return shipping.
- On refund delivery charges will be deducted from order amount.
- Customer is responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
- For refund or exchange claim copy of sales invoice along with the reason for return/exchange should be mentioned.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Waabasta packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached.
- Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
Returns Policy
- If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
- Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is”No longer needed”.
Refunds Time
Allow us 3 days to process exchange and return requests, because the time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. The expected processing time is after we have received your product (2-3 working days) and it has undergone a quality control.
